Undersecretary at the ministry of Electricity and Water Eng. Mohammad Boushehri during the renewable energy exhibition
KUWAIT, July 16 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Electricity and Water hosted on Sunday a renewable energy exhibition at its headquarters, in cooperation with German energy technology and manufacturing firm, Siemens AG.
This fair aims at benefiting from German expertise in the field of sustainable, solar and wind energies, Undersecretary at the ministry Eng. Mohammad Boushehri said today.
Cooperation with German companies greatly contributes to the development of the ministry's services, he affirmed.
The ministry sent 15 engineers and technicians to Germany for two weeks to be briefed on the latest developments on this domain, he said.
Boushehri expected the demand on sustainable energy to reach 15 percent in Kuwait. (end)
