Indian army kills two Pakistani soldiers - defence sources

NEW DELHI, May 30 (KUNA) -- Indian military on Tuesday said its troopers killed two Pakistani soldiers in a counter-offensive near Line of Control in Uri sector of Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Indo Asian New Agency reported quoting defence sources in Srinagar: "Special forces of the army targeted the Pakistani troopers along the Uri Line of Control yesterday.
"Inflicting casualties on the Pakistani troopers, a convoy of three vehicles was attacked by our troopers in which two Pakistani troopers were killed and four injured," they continued.
According to the sources, the Indian Army carried out the counter offensive as it received intelligence information about a planned militant attack on Indian troopers and position in Uri sector with the alleged support of Pakistani Army.
