CAIRO, May 26 (KUNA) -- Egyptian military jets bombarded and completely destroyed the Shura headquarters of militants in Derna, Libya, on Friday, official MENA news agency quoted what it called senior sources as saying.
The agency only mentioned the air raid but no mention of whether the raid killed anyone.
The airstrike followed an attack on a bus carrying Egyptian Copts traveling on a desert road to St. Samuel Monastery in Minya, some 220 km south of Cairo.
The attack killed some 24 people and injured 27 others. (end)
