RAMALLAH, May 23 (KUNA) -- US President Donald Trump arrived in Bethlehem Tuesday for talks with Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas, as part of his current tour in the region.
In a statement to the Palestinian TV, Abbas said they were keen on the success of this meeting and follow up with the Palestinian issue.
Meetings in Washington and Riyadh were useful to follow up with the political issue, he added.
On Monday, Trump held talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Tel Aviv. (end)
