His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah
KUWAIT, May 21 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah said Sunday the three summit held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, would contribute to boosting global peace and tolerance, as well as fighting terrorism and extremism.
His Highness the Amir, in a cable to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, said outcome of a summit meeting between leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the US would contribute to boosting international peace and security.
He said he was pleased with outcome of the Arab-Islamic-US summit, which would contribute to promoting international cooperation to spreading tolerance and peace, as well as fighting extremism and terrorism.
His Highness the Amir commended the "spirit of cooperation and understanding" among the GCC leaders in 7th consultative summit.
His Highness the Amir thanked King Salman for hosting the summits and wished the Saudi people further prosperity under his leadership. (pickup previous)
