Kuwait, Malta examine boosting ties

KUWAIT, April 21 (KUNA) -- First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Friday received a phone call from Maltese Foreign Minister Dr. George Vella.
