(KRCS) distributes 3,500 food parcels in several liberated parts of Iraq's Mosul
IRBIL, April 16 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) distributed on Sunday 3,500 food parcels in several liberated parts of Iraq's Mosul as part of "Kuwait is by Your Side" campaign and was carried out in coordination with Al-Barzani Charity.
Mohammad Bahaa-Eddine, who is in charge of supply distribution at the Kurdish charitable association, told KUNA that they have delivered over 3,500 food parcels in Mosul city, pointing out that most residents have just returned from refugees camps and they are in dire need of relief aid.
KRCS had recently distributed more than 1,500 food parcels in Mosul.
Moreover, KRCS has launched its humanitarian campaign "Kuwait is by Your Side" in the Iraqi city of Mosul since the beginning of this year.
