Turkey receives 19 people wounded from Syrian buses' explosion

ANKARA, April 15 (KUNA) -- Turkey received 19 people wounded in a huge explosion at a gathering of buses carrying locals evacuated from Syrian towns of Kefraya and Al-foua'a on Saturday, security sources said.
The wounded were transported through Cilvegozu crossing close to Reyhanli town, in Hatay province, the sources were quoted by Anadolu news agency as saying.
A booby-trapped car was detonated next to buses carrying locals of Kefraya and Al-foua'a towns, west of Aleppo, killing at least 43 people and wounding scores others.
The car explosion took place while the buses were gathered in Al-Rashedeen area.
The Syrian government and opposition reached an agreement last December 30 to evacuate thousands of civilians and fighters from besieged areas.
The ill-fated buses were evacuating locals from Kefraya, Al-Foua'a, Madhaya and Zabadani towns. (end) rs.bs
