GAZA, March 29 (KUNA) -- Israeli troops shot dead a Palestinian woman at Bab Al-Amoud in holy Jerusalem on Wednesday.
"The martyr has been shot by the occupation troops without justification or cause," said the Palestinian Red Crescent in a statement, amid media reports indicating that she attempted to stab an Israeli police officer.
The Palestinian association said the troops attacked another woman and prevented medics from reaching the scene
Israeli police said the woman was killed after she tried to stab a police officer near Bab Al-Amoud. (end)
