Saudi Arabia bans poultry imports from Malaysia due to bird flu

RIYADH, March 26 (KUNA) -- Saudi authorities have imposed a temporary ban on poultry and egg imports from Malaysia.
The ban came due to the outbreak of bird flu in Malaysia, the Kingdom's Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture said in a press release, citing relevant warnings of World Health Organization (WHO). (end) mdm.mt
