New campus propels PAAET to prominence - Education Min.

KUWAIT, Jan 26 (KUNA) -- The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training's (PAAET) new building will help elevate the educational institution to the upper echelons of the academic world, Minister of Education Dr. Mohammad Al-Fares said on Thursday.
In a statement to the press after he toured the new campus, Al-Fares, who is also Minister of Higher Education, said that PAAET will make the move to the new facility in eight months.
Meanwhile, PAAET's Deputy Director General for Academic Services Dr. Mahmoud Fakhru hailed the new edifice as a national landmark, complete with 23 floors including an office for the Minister of Education. Moreover, he added that the building features two campuses, with the first comprising student services and registration, while the second contains an electronic education center along with the main library.
