   CAIRO -- Kuwait's Minister of Justice Faleh Al-Azb and Egyptian counterpart Mohammad Hossam Abdel-Rahim signed Tuesday an agreement to bolster judicial and legal ties. (Issued at 13:23 local time or 10:23 GMT)

   ISLAMABAD -- At least six security personnel have been killed and 15 others including two civilians were injured during a clash with Taliban rebels in Afghanistan's northeastern Badakhshan province, said officials on Tuesday. (Issued at 14:33 local time or 11:33 GMT)

   ISTANBUL -- Some 18 fighters from the so-called Islamic State (IS) have been killed in clashes with the Free Syrian Army (FSA) near the town of Al-Bab in northern Syria, within the ongoing Operation Euphrates Shield, the Turkish military said on Tuesday.
