KUWAI Dec 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah Sunday received a letter from Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Alfonso Dastis Quecedo.
