Kuwait, Canada eye closer military coop.

KUWAIT, Dec 5 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Army's Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammad Al-Khoder met Monday with visiting Commander of Canadian Joint Operations Command Lieutenant-General Stephen Bowes.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of developing and promoting military cooperation between Kuwait and Canada, along with several issues of mutual interest, the Defense Ministry's Moral Guidance and Public Relations Department said in a press release.
Several Kuwaiti generals and Canadian Ambassador to Kuwait Martin Morrow were present at the meeting. (end) hmd.asa.mt
