WASHINGTON, Oct 25 (KUNA) -- In a four-way race with Libertarian and Green Party candidates, Hillary Clinton only has a 1 percent edge over Donald Trump, new poll results from Investor's Business Daily (IBD) and TechnoMetrica Market Intelligence (TIPP) showed on Tuesday.
The Democrat has 42 percent support compared to the Republican's 41 percent, the poll said.
This marks the first time that IBD/TIPP has shown Clinton as the frontrunner.
Trump does not currently have the lead in any nationwide polls.
Libertarian Gary Johnson held steady with 8 percent support, while the Greens' Jill Stein has 3 percent support, the poll said.
873 "likely voters" were surveyed by IBD/TIPP. (end)
