Coalition launches 13 strikes against IS in Syria, 7 in Iraq

WASHINGTON, Oct 21 (KUNA) -- Coalition military forces conducted 20 strikes against the so-called Islamic State (IS), 13 in Syria and seven in Iraq, the Combined Joint Task Force announced on Friday.
In Syria, the strikes occurred near Al Shadaddi, Ar Raqqah, Ayn Isa, Manbij and Mar'a, the coalition said.
In Iraq, the strikes took place near Mosul, Rawah, Sultan Abdallah and Tal Afar, the statement added. (end) rm.msa
