Bombing attack kills 4 people in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Oct 3 (KUNA) -- Another bombing attack struck Baghdad on Monday, leaving four people dead and dozens injured.
A suicide bomber has detonated his explosive belt at a bus station in the New Baghdad neighborhood, southeastern the Iraqi capital, causing a powerful explosion that killed four people on spot and wounded 20 others, a security source told KUNA.
The source added that security forces have rushed to the scene of the attack and victims were taken to nearby hospitals.
The new casualties take the tally of today's blasts in Baghdad up to seven deaths and over 33 injuries.
Earlier, three people were killed and 13 others injured when a suicide bombing hit a marketplace in Al-A'amel neighborhood in the south of the city. (pickup previous) ahh.ibi
