WASHINGTON, Sept 30 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Consulate General in Los Angeles called on all citizens who are in the state of California to exercise caution after the shooting that occurred in the city of San Diego.
The consulate said in a statement on Thursday that the incident, that took place last Tuesday, prompted people to come out in large demonstrations which have increased tension with police.
The consulate also renewed its appeal to Kuwaiti citizens residing in California to get away from unsafe places and urged them to follow directions of local media and notify the consulate in case of any emergency.(end).
