KUWAIT, Sept 27 (KUNA) -- Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr. Bader Al-Essa expressed on Tuesday his ministry's keenness to cover all shortfalls in all schools in Kuwait in a short period.
Al-Issa said in a statement during an inspection tour of Fari'aa Bint Al-Salt secondary school for girls in Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate that there is a shortfall in the number of teachers of mathematics and physics and such deficit is not not only happening in Kuwait but in the Arab world as well.
He added that some 400 out of 700 positions have been allocated and approved, adding that the problem lies in rare specialties and not with the Civil Service Commission.(end).
