KUWAIT, Sept 26 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has addressed a cable to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi expressing heartfelt condolences on death of citizens in recent boat sinking off the coastal of town of Rashid.
His Highness the Amir prayed for the victims' souls, invoking His Almighty to guide their families to endure demise of their loved ones with patience.
His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent cables of identical content to President Al-Sisi.
