Police arrests, identify Washington mall shooter

WASHINGTON, Sept 25 (KUNA) -- The shooter accused of killing five people at a mall in Burlington, Washington, was arrested by police late on Saturday.
Arcan Cetin, 20, a legal immigrant from Turkey, was unarmed when he was apprehended, police told reporters.
No motive is yet known for the shooting, however, authorities said they were "not ruling out anything." Cetin will not be charged yet and will be put on "investigative hold," police added.
Armed with a rifle, Cetin allegedly shot dead four women and a man on Friday night then fled the scene before police arrived. (end) sd.haq
