KUWAIT, Sept 21 (KUNA) -- Warba Bank has signed an agreement for cooperation with the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) to provide its clients with the e-signature service, part of efforts to simplify banking transactions.
The e-signature service enables Warba's clients to access their personal details through a credit network without having to visit one of the bank's branches, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Warba Bank Shaheen Al-Ghanim said in a press conference on Wednesday.
Moreover, he noted that the e-signature system enables clients to complete all transactions in a safe and secure way through a service known as "Finance Express." "Warba has become a pioneer in the banking sector," Al-Ghanim said, adding that clients can register for this system on the bank's official website.
Meanwhile, Director General of PACI Msaad Al-Asousi said that such agreements aim to facilitate work in both the public and private sectors.
He also noted that PACI has been tasked with verifying and activating all e-signature systems across all sectors in the country, adding that clients merely have to visit PACI's office to activate their e-signature. (end) nfa.nam
