Five detained in Brussels after arson attack on criminology institute

BRUSSELS, Aug 29 (KUNA) -- Five people have now been arrested after an arson attack on Belgium's Institute for Criminalistics and Criminology in a suburb of Brussels early Monday.
Several attackers are believed to have poured fuel into the building and set it alight, local media reported.
Ine Van Wymersch, a spokesperson of the prosecutor's office said that the Institute holds significant amounts of important information, but that at present there are no indications that this is a "terrorist atrocity." "It would be premature to go down this road, but this is being actively investigated" she told VRT News.
