Turkey's Diyarbakir airport comes under PKK fire

ISTANBUL, Aug 27 (KUNA) - Militants, believed to be members of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), fired four missiles into Diyarbakir airport, southeast Turkey, on Saturday night.
The authorities have promptly suspended air traffic to and from the airport, according to Dogan news agency.
Passengers and employees were rushed to underground shelters soon after the attack. No reports of casualties were received so far. (end) ta.gb
