KUWAIT, Aug 8 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday at Seif Palace the Governor of Hawalli Governorate retired General Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Governor of the Capital Governorate retired General Thabet Mohammad Al-Muhanna, as they offered to His Highness the Amir a comprehensive explanation about their latest achievements as well as social activities and services they offer to citizens.
They briefed His Highness the Amir about "Hawalli Governorate Excellence Award," granted to distinguish Kuwaitis in various fields and specialties.
His Highness the Amir hailed their efforts and performance for serving the citizens, wishing them further progress and success.
