KRCS delivers further aid to Syrian refugees in Lebanon

BEIRUT, July 31 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Red Crescent society declared handing out relief supplies to Syrian refugees in northern Lebanon, as part of ongoing humanitarian operations carried out by the Kuwaiti philanthropic association.
Mahdi Al-Hesar, chief of a field team, told KUNA on Sunday that the supplies, including food and detergents, were given to 250 Syrian families in the town of Mohammara, located in the country's northernmost region of Akkar.
Each parcel is sufficient for a five-member family for a month. (end) mah.rk
