RABAT, July 30 (KUNA) -- King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Saturday decorated Kuwaiti's ambassador to the Kingdom Shamlan Al-Roumi a top royal order.
Receiving Al-Roumi at the presidential palace in Tأ©touan, the king thanked him for his efforts during his term in the Kingdom to enhance bilateral ties.
Talking to KUNA, Al-Roumi, whose term has ended in Morocco, voiced pleasure and pride for being decorated the royal order that crowned his diplomatic efforts and hard work to promote ties between the two countries, supported by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and King Mohammed VI.
It is symbolic that being bestowed the order coincides with the 17th anniversary of the King's ascending to the throne, Al-Roumi said. (end)
