Syrian Pres. offers amnesty to those who lay down arms

AMMAN, July 28 (KUNA) -- Syrian President granted amnesty for those who lay down their weapons and turn themselves in to the authorities, said a news source Thursday.
Legislative decree No 15/2016 revealed that those who turn themselves in to the competent authorities those who set free their captives were eligible for amnesty, said Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA). (end) tk.mys
