AMMAN, July 1 (KUNA) -- A warplane crashed in Rif Damascus due to a technical fault, a military source told Syrian News Agency (SANA) Friday.
The sources noted that the aircraft crashed during a training mission.
The pilot managed to land with a parachute.
Nonetheless, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that opposition factions in Rif Damascus captured the pilot. (end)
