His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah
KUWAIT, June 30 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday addressed a cable of congratulations to Rodrigo Duterte who was sworn in as the Philippines' 16th president.
His Highness the Amir expressed good wishes the new president of the friendly republic and hoped to see further boost to the bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the Republic of the Philippines.
Their Highnesses the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, respectively Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, addressed cables of identical content to president Duterte. (end)
