US dollar stable against Kuwaiti dinar at KD 0.301, euro rises to KD 0.334

KUWAIT, June 28 (KUNA) -- The US dollar on Tuesday stabilized against the Kuwaiti dinar at KD 0.301, as the euro rose to KD 0.334, compared to Monday's trades, the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) said in its daily bulletin.
It added that the Sterling Pound fell to KD 0.401, and the Swiss Franc was also down to KD 0.308. The Japanese yen was unchanged at KD 0.002.
In the world markets on Monday, the US dollar rose by 1 percent to a three-month record against other major currencies, in the wake of the UK vote on Thursday to quit the European Union.
Also impacted by the Brexit, the Sterling Pound fell against the US dollar by 3.74 at a 1.3168, just off a fresh 31-year low 1.3152. (end) mam.msa
