Saudi mission denies Iranian allegations

IRBIL, June 24 (KUNA) -- The Saudi consulate in Irbil has denied allegations by an Iranian official charging the mission had secretly dispatched "terrorists" into Iran's Kurdistan to launch sabotage attacks.
The report is totally baseless, the consulate said in a statement, reacting to charges by the head of the Iranian Expediency Council, Mohsen Rezaee, that Riyadh via the consulate in Irbil had sent two "terrorist cells" to the Iranian region "but all the members were wiped out," according to Fars news agency, close to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
