Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) donation campaign to provide people in Africa with pure drinking water with the Avenues Mall
KUWAIT, June 20 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) announced launching a donation campaign to provide people in Africa with pure drinking water, in cooperation with the Avenues Mall.
In a press statement on Monday, the society's Board Chairman Dr. Hilal Al-Sayer called on people to take part in easing the suffering of millions of women and children in drought-hit areas in the continent.
The Avenues Mall have set ATM machines where people can deposit their donations in three locations at the shopping center, said Al-Sayer.
He noted that KRCS has many prominent international projects to provide humanitarian aid for those affected by natural disasters or wars, as well as running different campaigns to provide aid for those in need inside Kuwait. (end)
