Kuwait oil price down to USD 39.78 pb

KUWAIT, May 4 (KUNA) -- Kuwait oil price went down USD 1.37 on Tuesday, reaching USD 39.78 per barrel (pb) against USD 41.15 pb last Friday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Wednesday.
In international markets, oil prices also declined along with increased production, which brought back concerns of over-supply, as well as speculations about US Dollar recovery and weal stock markets. (end) osj.hb
