Sudanese military plane crahses, all airmen killed

KHARTOUM, April 30 (KUNA) -- A Sudanese army airplane crashed while attempting to land in an airport in Western Sudan killing all airmen on board, the army said Saturday.
The Antonov 26 crashed while attempting to land in Al-Abyadh airport due to a sudden technical failure, causing the death of three officers and two soldiers, the army spokesman Ahmad Al-Shami said in a brief statement.
An Antonov crashed in Um Durman in 2012, while 32 people were killed when a similar airplane caught fire in southern Kurdufan. (end) hhi.bs
