Youth Min. attaches much attention to disabled people

KUWAIT, April 30 (KUNA) -- Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah said on Saturday the Youth Ministry pays much heed to people with special needs, and seeks to answer their needs.
Meeting the voluntary disabled team's head Salem Al-Qattan, the minister said the Youth Ministry is also keen to promote the efforts of people with special needs, and to help them give out creative products, the ministry said in a release.
Sheikh Salman also appreciated the constructive efforts exerted by the voluntary team to fulfill the needs of people with special needs and their families, the ministry added.
During the meeting, Al-Qattan briefed the minister on his team's activities and achievements, and highly commended Sheikh Salman's distinguished support for the team and all clubs and societies that cater for the handicapped. (end) fs.msa.mt
