Kuwaiti researcher, inventing unique motor, gets patent from US patent office

KUWAIT, April 23 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti inventor Dr. Manea Al-Sedairawi has attained a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for his invention of a liquid-propelled mechanical motor.
Dr. Al-Sedairawi is a researcher at The Environment and Life Sciences Research Center which is affiliated with Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research.
The invention makes for an excellent tool with which to teach the theories of Thermal Dynamics, said a press statement by the Center, noting that the administration at the Center is contemplating marketing this invention.
This motor is able to convert liquid-instigated thermal heat to mechanical or electric energy, said the statement, stressing the notion that the motor can be run hummingly at low temperatures by using any thermal heat source. (end) zak.ajs
