RAMALLAH, Feb 14 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian youth was martyred on Sunday by the Israeli occupation troops near the city of Bethlehem south of the West Bank.
A statement by the Ministry of Health said that Naim Safi, 17, was shot in the head by the Israeli troops.
The Israeli authorities claimed that Safi attempted to stab Israeli border police between Jerusalem and Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank before being shot dead.(end).
