Gunman kills 6 people in S. Saudi Arabia

JEDDAH, Feb 11 (KUNA) -- A gunman opened fire at an education department building in southern Saudi Arabia Thursday, killing six employees and wounding two others, a security spokesman said.
The shooting took place in Saudi Arabia's southern Jizan region when the employees were on duty, Jizan police spokesman said in a press statement.
The attacker has been arrested, as the incident is under investigations, he added. (end) nh.mt
