Pakistani PM leaves for two-day visit to Qatar

ISLAMABAD, Feb 10 (KUNA) -- Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Wednesday left for a two-day visit to Qatar on the invitations of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Amir of Qatar, and Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Qatar, said the Foreign Office.
According to Pakistan Foreign Office, the two sides would hold high-level talks on further enhancing bilateral relations in various fields.
Earlier last year, the Amir of Qatar paid a landmark visit to Pakistan in March. Qatar hosts more than 115,000 Pakistanis, who have been contributing towards the development and prosperity of the country. (end) sbk.gta
