MOSCOW, Feb 5 (KUNA) -- Russia called on Friday for ending conflicts in the Middle East and Northern Africa and to put an end to the refugee crisis and movement toward Europe.
In a statement to KUNA, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stressed importance on ending the refugee crisis by exerting all international efforts to comprehensively end the conflicts in the MENA region, including confronting terrorism.
The spokesperson noted that the Russian aid and spirit of giving is deeply rooted within the people, stressing that the fate of all refugees remains important to her country. (end) as.mb
