Palestinian refugees' shut down entrance to UNRWA offices in Lebanon

BEIRUT, Feb 4 (KUNA) -- A number of Palestinian, representing various political factions and committees, shut down on Thursday the main office of United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Saida refugee camps, a move in protest of reducing presented services by the office.
Lebanese official media said Palestinian groups, including national and Islamic organizations also shut down the entrances of UNRWA office in Beirut in a protest for the same reason.
UNRWA is a relief and human development agency that provides health, education, and human development services to Palestinian refugees.
The number of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon is estimated to be around 400,000 living in 12 refugee camps. (end) ma.mb
