GAZA, Jan 15 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian man was killed and 10 others wounded during separate confrontations with the Israeli military forces that took place earlier in central and eastern Gaza Strip, Palestinian medical sources said Friday.
Mohammad Abu Qaita, a 26 year-old of Khan Yunes city, was killed while taking part in anti-Israel rallies in east Al-Buraij camp in central Gaza, sources said in a press statement.
The sources also added that 10 other Palestinians were wounded during other confrontations with the Israeli army at Gaza's eastern borders and have been transported to Shuhada Al-Aqsa hospital.
The Israeli forces used toxic and tear gas during their confrontations with the Palestinians, who protested against Israel's Judaizing and killing policy, the sources noted. (pickup previous)
