Further, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Anas Al-Saleh was given the portfolio of the oil ministry as an Acting Minister of Oil besides his original post.
Al-Jassar's grilling was to be directed by MP Saadoun Al-Hammad and had at its core issue the perceived irregularities in the project of the new airport.
On a different topic, the National Assembly turned over today to the government recommendations by the parliamentary committee on protecting public funds regarding the partnership between the Kuwaiti Investment Co. and Advantage Consulting Co.
