GAZA, Oct 9 (KUNA) -- Four Palestinians were killed and over 20 others injured by Israeli forces gunfire during anti-Israeli policy rallies in east of Gaza, a Palestinian spokesman announced Friday.
The killed were shot directly with live ammunition by Israeli troops, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qudra, press spokesman for Palestinian health ministry said in a statement, adding that the injured were transported to the hospital in eastern the city.
The anti-Israeli policy rallies were organized by a group of young Palestinians near Nahel Ouz settlement, expressing their rejection over recent Israeli actions in Jerusalem and the West Bank, in addition to violations of Islamic sanctities. (end)
