Kuwait crude oil price rises to USD 43.20 pb

KUWAIT, Oct 6 (KUNA) -- Price of the Kuwaiti crude oil rose by 75 cents to USD 43.20 per barrel on Monday compared to 42.45 pb in Friday's trades, said a statement by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Tuesday.
Crude prices in the international markets increased by more than two percent, in Monday's trades, buoyed by mounting fuel contracts in the United States of America, stocks' bullish trends and a declaration by Russia affirming its readiness to sit at the negotiating table with other oil producers to discuss market conditions.
Meanwhile, the Brent crude climbed USD 1.12, some 2.3 percent, settling at USD 49.25 pb. The America Texas crude rose by 72 cents, 1.6 percent, settling at USD 46.26 pb. (end) oj.rk
