ABU DHABI, Oct 4 (KUNA) -- The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces announced the death of Khamis Rashid Al-Abdouly, who succumbed to wounds received at the battle for Marib, where the Arab coalition, led by Saudi Arabia, backs the legitimate government of Yemen, said a media source Sunday.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Al-Abdouly was receiving treatment at a hospital in Germany.
Several UAE servicemen were killed due to their involvement in the campaign against the Houthi militias in Yemen. (end)
