First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah meets with Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim Al-Jaafari
NEW YORK, Sept 28 (KUNA) -- First Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met with Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari and discussed latest developments at regional and international levels.
The top diplomats met on sidelines of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), and also touched upon the latest security and political developments in the region, and issues of mutual interest.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, during the meeting, affirmed Kuwait's support to Iraq's unity and stability.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Deputy Foreign Minister for the Minister's office Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah. (end)
