ANKARA, Sept 4 (KUNA) -- Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Cevdet Yilmaz said Friday the Group of 20 (G20) would, under the chairmanship of Turkey, focus on pushing a strong and sustainable economic growth.
Yilmaz was speaking at a joint news conference with Labour Minister Amet Erdem following a meeting of finance ministers of the G20 countries.
He said the ministers discussed global economic issues, improving economies of the member countries to improve the living conditions of their citizens, and would refer the outcome to the November G20 summit in Antalya.
Yilmaz said the summit would focus on establishing balanced relationship between economic growth and creating jobs.
He said Turkey created 6.3 million jobs since 2009. (end) rs.bs
