ABU DHABI, Sept 4 (KUNA) -- A number of 22 UAE personnel died while performing their national duty as part of the Saudi-led Arab coalition in support of the legitimate government in Yemen, said the General Headquarters of the UAE Armed Forces Friday.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the headquarters offered condolences to the families of the deceased soldiers.
Recently, the UAE had lost three of its soldiers during the operations in Yemen. (end) gta
